Licences and registrations
We publish each licence and registration here, with its number, once it is granted.
- PDPC data licence (required before any patient data is processed)
- EDA software classification opinion
- Certified e-signature provider agreement under Law 15/2004
The medicine list is refreshed monthly from the Egyptian Drug Authority register.
Data charter
- We never sell prescription data.
- No individual doctor's prescribing data goes to anyone.
- Medicine ranking is neutral and never paid.
- The patient chooses the pharmacy; the pharmacy chooses its distributor.
- No patient identity is sent to AI services abroad.
- Sponsors only see anonymous, aggregated stock signals.
- Patients can see, correct, export and delete their data.
Clinical safety

- Every safety report is reviewed within 24 hours.
- Extra confirmation for high-risk medicines; controlled drugs are blocked.
