What you get
A template per condition
Your 30 most common prescriptions in one place.
Edit before every use
A template is only a starting point; you review every line for each patient.
Works offline
Templates stay available when the connection drops.
Yours alone
Only you and staff you authorize can see your templates.
How it works
Three steps
- 1
Save a prescription as a template named after the condition.
- 2
Open it and adjust what this patient needs.
- 3
Confirm every line, then print or share.
Safety notes
- High-risk medicines need an extra confirmation: methotrexate is weekly, isotretinoin shows a pregnancy-prevention reminder, systemic steroids need a duration and taper.
- Controlled (narcotic and psychotropic) medicines are blocked in the tool.
- No dose calculations. The dose is the doctor's decision alone.
